My family LOVED the Light in the Forest event. It was different from all the other holiday light displays, so refreshing to see a holiday event with a nature twist. Timed ticketing really helped with parking and crowd control. It will be on our must-do list from now on.

I am a CNC member. I got the 2 year pass for 1 person + guest. My dog and I thoroughly enjoy hiking here. Honestly wish there was less gravel paths and more dirt/grass paths as the gravel is tough on my dog and I can tell she's not a fan. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, very beautiful place to go on a hike. We have went a ton since getting the membership. Hours vary by month. If you're not a member, it is $10 per adult, $6 per child, and $3 per dog.

I was hoping to catch some fall colors, but it looks like it’ll take a few more weeks. The leaves are just starting to turn yellow.

We met our son and family for a walk through the Enchanted Woods Lights. There were lots of interactive displays. I liked the Lite Brite the best. The kids loved the light tube chimes. We had to do that one twice. Did a little tree hugging. Made a craft. Nice gift shop with Charlie Harper Art Exhibit. Food trucks. Cocktails. A pleasant walk in the woods with family.

Highly recommend the CNC, it is mine and my husband's happy place. So much so that we opted to get married there! We love all of their amazing events, their fun trails, the beautiful ecosystem, the mind staff, and their phenomenal wedding venues. Cannot begin to thank them for all the joy they've brought into our lives.

I have a pass which was $40/yr. If you are single, a couple or family, and you plan to visit often, I HIGHLY suggest purchasing a pass. If you pay to enter that will be deducted from the pass you purchase.

Fantastic place to go with friends and family. Massive number of trails and outdoor spaces for all ages to enjoy. Additionally there is a visitor center with many things to do, including exhibits, viewing areas and activities for children. Outdoor activities include areas for children, lots of walking trails, outdoor nature exhibits and picnic areas. Great place to go with family, friends and kids we will definitely be back!

Enjoy my membership. Like the bird walks and trail yoga. Live music. Miles of hiking trails. Native plant sale. Many events for all ages and scouting.

Peaceful place to walk. Well maintained trails, clean restrooms, and in certain seasons, the opportunity to feed turtles. In the ponds where feeding is not allowed it is common to see turtles sunning, frogs, and sometimes even newts. An excellent pollinator garden plus a variety of natural play areas for children. Wildflowers and naturalized bulbs bloom through the warmer months. In September, fall crocus bloom.

One of my all time happy places and sanctuary when I need to get out for a walk and think. Excellent birding here all year. Nice variety of trails from easy to challenging. Its changed a lot over the years but retains a feel of being home. Highly recommended. 👌 …
